SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
Our office is open for same day, sick visit appointments most Saturdays. Our call partner, Dr. Mary Petropoulos, has Saturday sick visits when HCP doctors are not on call. Please call our answering service at 512-323-5465 to find out which office is open on Saturday. These visits are subject to your normal copay, co-insurance, or deductible.
THE PHONES ARE ON FROM 8AM TO 11:30 AM ON SATURDAYS! IF YOU CALL PRIOR TO 8AM OR AFTER 11:30AM, THE ON-CALL PHYSICIAN WILL BE PAGED!
As always, you can also have the doctor paged for an URGENT/EMERGENCY matter after hours by calling Medlink at 512-323-5465. Per our financial policy and the disclaimer on our phone system, there is a charge for ALL after hours advice given by our physicians. The charge for this is $20 per phone call, IF YOU DO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR AND RECEIVE ADVICE. If you are calling the answering service to find out which office is open on Saturday, you will NOT be charged.
SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS
Our office now open on Sundays for same day, urgent sick visits by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Our fabulous nurse practitioner, Pat Budd, RN, CPNP will be here on Sundays from 1PM-5PM to see sick patients. These visits are subject to your normal copay, co-insurance, or deductible.

APPOINTMENT POLCIES
We strive to stay on time and minimize wait times. In order to do that, we adhere to the following polices:
• Please call us if you are running late and we can determine whether or not you need to be rescheduled.
• We do not take walk in appointments. If you walk in, you will be scheduled in the next available time slot. Please save yourself a wait and call ahead.
• Please tell us at the time of your initial phone call about any children that you want seen that day.
• Emergency appointments like lacerations, breathing problems, allergic reactions, and broken bones are worked in accordingly. Please call first before coming in. We may be treating a child with any of the above issues, and due to the emergent nature of the problem, your appointment may be delayed. Please know that our staff is working as quickly as they can to get your child seen. We are sure you would want the same care afforded to your child, and ask that you wait patiently.
Cancellations and Charges:
If you cancel a well child check with less than 24 hours notice, you will be assessed a charge of $25. This charge will also be assessed if you show up late for your well child check. We do call the day before to remind you of your appointment.
Insurance and Billing:
If you have any questions about a bill you received, please contact the billing office directly at 512-524-4427. The front office does not have access to the billing records other than balances owed. You can also ask to speak to the office manager if you have any billing or insurance questions.
